The Colonel's Cottage Inns are furnished with many antiques for the enjoyment of our guests.  Therefore, we accept reservations from adults only, who have no pets. 

There is a no smoking policy inside the houses,  although we allow the enjoyment of tobacco on the front porch.

We will reserve the Colonel's Cottage Inns with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.  You will receive a written confirmation in the mail.

Check out time is at noon, and you may check in as early as 3:00 pm.  Call us when you arrive and Colonel Masters, "The Host of Kentucky" will greet you on the front porch!

Cancellations must be done at least 14 days before your arrival!

The Colonel's Cottage Inns are available only by special arrangement for the week of the Kentucky Derby, the first Saturday in May.  Certain festival weekends have a two night minimum.

Rates
1 - 2 Adults ......................................................................................$168.00 per night
Each additional adult is $30.00, for a total of four, maximum occupancy.  However, we feel that the cottage is best enjoyed by 1-2 persons. There is a two-night minimum on the weekends during April-November. All persons reserving the Colonel's Cottage Inns must be of the same group. Our off season rate applies November 15th thru Valentine's weekend. Call for details.


Continental Breakfast
Our beverage service is gourmet coffee, tea and juice. Our breads are butter croissants, fresh bagels & pastries. Fresh fruit of the season is offered each morning. We will correspond with you regarding your preferences upon arrival. We will place the continental breakfast along with other beverage choices in the refrigerator upon your arrival to ensure complete privacy during your stay at the cottages.
